At 4Chand, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any valid reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a straightforward refund and return policy to make the process hassle-free.

Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. Clear images or videos of the issue may be required for verification. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Items Received:In the event that you receive an incorrect item or if any item is missing from your order, notify us immediately. We will arrange shipment of the correct item at no additional cost or provide a full refund where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Used or opened Beauty & Care products

  • Makeup and personal care items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email us at info@4chand.pk with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once your request is approved, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Repack the item securely in its original packaging or suitable Double Layer Bubble Wrape protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4: Shipping

Send the package to the return address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking details for your records.

Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival

  • If approved, refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection

Important Notes

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Returns that do not meet policy conditions may be refused

  • 4Chand reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
