How long does delivery take within Pakistan?

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) usually receive orders in 2–4 working days, and other areas in 3–6 working days. Orders are delivered by TCS / Leopards, and we send a tracking link by SMS/email once dispatched.

What is your return & refund policy?

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in original packaging. Just message us on WhatsApp or use the form above and our team will arrange a quick exchange or refund.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan, so you can pay once your parcel arrives. We also accept JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer if you prefer to pay online.

Are your products original?

Absolutely. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch from our Pakistan warehouse, so what you order is exactly what arrives at your doorstep.

How do I track my order?
